  • Not to worry - I will coach you through your best angles, directing your head, shoulders, hands and your expression - and we’ll have fun in the process.

  • This is about loving yourself as you are right now. Both men and women have insecurities because they don’t fit the mold of the ‘perfect body’. It’s time to stand in your value, just the way you are.

  • Your portrait session will be tailored to the type, theme and style of image you are wanting. I shoot contemporary beauty and character portraits, boudoir, head shots, personal branding, lifestyle, and pets. Your shoot might be glamorous, discreet, sensual, rugged, sporty, whimsical, edgy, organic, dynamic, serious… anything might be possible.

  • After paying your non-refundable session fee (which includes consultation, styling, photo shoot, reveal & complimentary image(s), you spend only what you want. You have the choice of purchasing individual images (print or digital), matted print or digital collections, albums and wall art.

  • Yes, the price is the same whether you purchase print or digital images (digitals are included with any printed products you choose to purchase). We encourage printed legacy photographs that are meant to be up on walls, in albums and visible for your enjoyment.

  • Not unless we have planned a couples, girlfriends or family shoot. The studio space is limited and an observer may be a distraction to our creative process.

  • A full portrait session runs from 2 to 3 hours. Head shots and personal branding may take 1 to 2 hours. It will depend on styling and wardrobe changes. The location of the shoot is determined during the consultation and will depend on the type of the shoot.

  • You should schedule your portrait session no later than 4 to 6 weeks in advance. There are limited appointments available, only 2 to 3 per week, with only 1 shoot per day.

  • It is understood that life gets in the way of best laid plans. We can reschedule once with your pre-paid non-refundable session fee.

  • Yes there will be a contract once we have completed your consultation, and planned your shoot. It is important that we both agree and understand the plan with the expectations and responsibilities of all parties. (Please read the Model Release below). The contract will include the basic details of the plan and will be tailored to suit our mutual requirements. The contract will be signed on the day of your portrait session.

  • Payment is accepted in cash, e-transfer, credit card & PayPal. Payment plans are negotiable. Your session fee must always be paid in advance to hold your appointment.

Model Release

I hereby assign full copyright of any photographs, video, or media created by the Photographer “Vickie Legere” (and the related representatives and assigns) together with the right of reproduction either wholly or in part.

I grant to the Photographer or licensees or assignees the permission to the photographs, video, or media either separately or together, either wholly or in part, the perpetual and irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish video and/or photographs of me, or where I may be included for editorial trade, product advertising and such other fashion /business purpose in any manner and medium.

The Photographer and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction.

I agree that the above-mentioned photographs and any reproductions shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and further agree that the Photographer or any person authorized by or acting on his or her behalf may use the above-mentioned photographs or any reproductions of them for any advertising purposes or for the purpose of illustrating any wording, and agree that no such wording shall be considered to be attributed to me personally unless my name is used.

I undertake not to Prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims, or demands against either the Photographer or his or her agents in respect of any usage of the above-mentioned photographs. I hereby release the photographer named above from all claims and liability relating to images, video, or photographs taken of me.

I have read this model release form carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
